Psychologically Empowered Business Leaders
Our Projects: Real Work. Real Impact.
Each semester, our members lead and contribute to high-impact projects that develop real-world skills in strategy, collaboration, and problem-solving. Our work spans both external consulting engagements and internal strategic initiatives — two complementary paths that allow members to make meaningful contributions while building their professional toolkit.
External Consulting
Our external projects give members the opportunity to work directly with real clients. These teams are tasked with tackling business challenges such as market expansion, operational efficiency, user engagement, and growth strategy.

Ross School of Business
We designed and rolled out a new wellness initiative for undergraduate students. Our team conducted research on student needs, benchmarked wellness programs at peer institutions, and developed actionable recommendations to enhance accessibility, engagement, and long-term impact.

Fleece & Thank You
Our team worked with a nonprofit focused on providing comfort and support to children in hospitals to strengthen their marketing and outreach efforts. We focused on refining their social media strategy, identifying key audience segments, and proposing creative ways to boost engagement and brand awareness.

Chicago Growth Company
Our team designed a trauma-informed board game for use in school-based therapy programs supporting children affected by violence. The result was a solution that balanced therapeutic value with usability, offering a practical tool for school counselors while reinforcing the nonprofit’s mission of healing through play.
Internal Strategy
As a young and fast-growing club, we know that building something great starts from within. Our internal projects are a key part of what makes our experience unique — born out of our need to shape the foundation, culture, and operations of the club as we grow.
Members on internal teams don’t just observe the inner workings of a club — they build them. These projects offer early leadership opportunities and real ownership, all while developing valuable skills in areas like strategy, communications, design, project management, and organizational development.
Whether you're launching a new marketing campaign, improving recruitment, or planning events that bring members together, internal projects allow you to leave your mark while building the systems that will power the club for years to come.
