Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept candidates who aren't in Ross?

Absolutely! While we are a Ross-affiliated club, we welcome students from all majors. Whether you're studying business, psychology, economics, or anything else (we currently have 20 different majors), what matters most to us is your genuine interest.

How many rounds is the application process?

Our application process consists of two rounds: an initial application and a round of interviews. Applicants who advance past the initial application will receive a short case study to complete before their interview. During the interview, applicants will have 3–5 minutes to present their approach and findings, giving us an opportunity to see how they think, communicate, and bring creativity to an open-ended problem.

Is prior consulting or casing experience required?

We don’t expect you to come in with any formal consulting or casing experience. What we do look for is how you think through problems and how well you prepare for the interviews. Effort and creativity.

Which events should I attend?

While it isn't required for you to attend any event, we strongly encourage your attendance at all of them. These events are the nest way to meet members, get an understanding of our club, and express your interest.
