Psychologically Empowered Business Leaders

We are dedicated to cultivating a vibrant community where individuals with an interest in both psychology and business can empower themselves as leaders. Our mission is to provide a collaborative platform for students to develop essential skills for personal and professional growth. We hope to help members learn how to utilize their brain and bodies to become the most productive, and fulfilled, version of themselves. We also aim to teach our members how to "negotiate" the reality they want to create in their life by understanding human nature.

 

Through a social impact lens, we actively seek to engage with companies and organizations to build a better future. Our members will be given opportunities to engage in consulting projects by applying business psychology principles. The projects will consist of Internal Strategy Project Groups and External Client Work. We aim to expose our members to various industries including, but not limited to: marketing, entrepreneurship, organizational work, human resources, and venture capital through the work done in our project groups.

 

PEBL offers diverse opportunities for members to enhance self-confidence in leadership, connect with empowered professionals, and gain a deeper understanding of their role in the business landscape. Ultimately, our goal is to equip members with the knowledge, skills, and connections needed to excel in life, and make meaningful contributions to the business world in a community of uplifting individuals.
