About Us

Psychologically Empowered Business Leaders (PEBL) is the inaugural club at the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business dedicated to exploring the intersection of psychology and business. Each semester, PEBL consultants lead high-impact projects with small businesses that develop real-world skills in strategy, collaboration, and problem-solving. Despite being just 3 years old, PEBL boasts over 70 members across a variety of fields, making its impact known throughout the University of Michigan.
